Jamie Leigh Cronkright, age 49, of Mecosta, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 30, 2026. She graduated from Catholic Central. She followed some favorite bands in her early years, including the Grateful Dead and Phish. She loved to travel and spend time in many places all over the world. She enjoyed horseback riding and also worked at a few stables and volunteered helping wounded veterans ride horses in Omaha. She was a compassionate, loving and understanding person, but also a free spirit with a generous heart. She will be greatly missed by many.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Charles Cronkright; parents, Michael J. and Anna L. Cronkright; siblings, Jodie Heard: 3 nieces, 12 great nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a private celebration of Jamie’s life will be held at a later date.
Mike, Ann and family, my prayers are for you during this incredibly difficult time. May the Lord Jesus draw you to Himself and that you by His mercies would find lasting comfort through and by Him.
