Hollis Dane Ross has gone to be with his Lord on Thursday, October 15, 2025. Hollis was born on April 22, 1946 to Hubert and Ophie Ross in Missouri. He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Ross; daughter, Laura Anthony; stepchildren, Marvin Fox, Jr., Russell Fox, Candy Bradshaw, Hank Young; brother, Steve Ross; sister, Lussie Hodge; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his children, Hollis Ray Ross, Brenda Ross, Diana Wheeler; siblings, Louise, Newt, Harold, Rita, Reba and Ray.
Hollis loved collecting cars, tractors and golf carts, gardening and going to garage sales. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Friday, October 23, 2026 at Friendship Wesleyan Church, 1285 102nd Ave., Plainwell, MI 49080. Burial will be held at Martin Township Cemetery.
