Elizabeth “Betty” Juell, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026. She was born on October 3, 1940. Betty was a devoted Christian woman whose faith guided her life and relationships. She was the beloved wife of Maynard Juell, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family that brought her immense joy and pride. She was a cherished mother to three children, a grandmother to six, and a great-grandmother to eight, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Betty is survived by her husband, Maynard Juell; her children, Christopher (Sharon) Juell, Jennifer (Richard) Wylie, and Jon (Heidi) Juell; her grandchildren, Zachary (Tamatha) Oaks, Breanna Perales, Joshua (Cassi) Juell, Mike (Mykah) Juell, Mitch (Eden) Juell, and Joanna Wylie; and her great-grandchildren, Bryson, Teresa, Zoey, Vivian, Josie, Kaliah, Miriam, and Lily. A Celebration of Life will be held at Covenant Community Church, 4276 Baldwin Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, on January 31, 2026. Service at 11:00 am, lunch to follow.

You and Betty were my “therapy” a number of years back.
